Pilates Instructor | Exercise Physiologist

Alex has completed a double degree in Exercise and Sport Science, and Nutrition and Food Science. She is. also a Clinical Exercise Physiologist!

Alex has experience working with high performance athletes, injury rehabilitation, and functional movement. She enjoys being able to connect her mind & body, whilst being challenged with a low impact resistance-based exercise. She also enjoys how well Pilates can mimic day to day actions, and transfer well to her chosen sports & other involvements in health and fitness. She loves working with people who feel the same way. 

 Alex loves putting on a challenging class which encourages participants to challenge themselves. Alex’s classes target the whole body, with some cardio aspects in most classes!
